| OWNERS:
Patrick and Patrice O'Dell
Patrice and I moved back to Ventura area after living in Hawaii for a
number of years. After exploring the structural pest control industry,
we decided it was custom made for our natural abilities; my previous time
in the construction industry (30 years) and Patrice’s time in customer
service and bookkeeping. After becoming qualified and together with Vicki,
we opened BPC. First as a small mom and pop shop and now as a large mom
and pop shop with a growing family of long time employees.
Vicki Warren
I entered the pest control industry in 1985. I was a resident of Washington
state and was
asked to come to work for my brothers pest control business in Ventura.
I worked for his
company for nine years before venturing off into a partnership with the
O'Dell's. I hold
a Branch III Field Representative license. I really do enjoy working in
this industry and
especially in this area. Ventura is a beautiful city with a lot to offer.
It has a perfect climate
for termites!

is contagious, and we are grateful to have her as part of the BPC team.

intrigal part of the day to day operations. She is the soft, melodic voice
you hear when calling the office. Melissa is BPC's multi-tasker. BPC is
grateful for all she does.
FIELD

Sal Sanchez
- Sal has been with BPC since December 1997. He holds a Branch III Field
Representative license and is our crew chief. Sal occasionally completes
inspections, but is mainly in charge of wood repairs. He is known for
being one of the hardest working people onyone has ever known. His finished
work reflects the pride he has in his job and we are thankful to have
his work ethics and his great personality on our side. BPC is lucky to
have such a great employee.
Saul Guiterrez
- Saul has been with BPC since April 2000. His positive attitude has made
him an influence on all of us. He always has a smile, and is ready to
do whatever it takes to get the job done. BPC is grateful that he continues
to learn and do more as each year passes. Saul is employee of the month
all year long.
Casey
O'Dell
- Casey joined the BPC team in August of 2002. Casey holds a Branch III
